1 General Conditions
www.jewelet.in (“Website”) is an Internet based portal owned and operated by JEWELET, an entity incorporated under the laws of India, with its office at Delhi, India. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to JEWELET. Use of the Website is offered to you conditioned on acceptance of all the terms, conditions and notices contained in these Terms, along with any amendments made by JEWELET at its sole discretion and posted on the Website.
2 User Account, Password, and Security
The Website requires you to register as a User by creating an Account in order to undertake transactions from the Website. You will have to create a unique password of your account at the time of registratoin. You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and the account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify JEWELET of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. JEWELET cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section 2.
3 User Obligations
You agree and undertake to use the Website only to post and upload material that is proper. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree and undertake that when using the Website, you will not:

Notwithstanding anything to contrary, JEWELET’ entire liability to you shall be the refund of rent charged from you for any specific jewelry, under which the unlikelyliability arises. Under no circumstance shall JEWELET be liable for any consequential, indirect or remote loss that you or your friends and family may suffer.
4 Guidance on Usage
You are also under an obligation to use this Website for reasonable and lawful purposes only, and shall not indulge in any activity that is not envisaged through the Website. You agree to use our website for legitimate purposes and not for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including without limitation, in violation of any intellectual property or privacy law. You shall use this Website, for personal, non-commercial use only and shall not re-sell the same to any other person.

All purchases/service orders through our website or at our outlets are subject to product/service availability. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel the quantities offered on our website or limit the sales of our products or services to any person, household, geographic region or jurisdiction. Prices for our products are subject to change, without notice. Unless otherwise indicated, prices displayed on our website are quoted in Indian Rupees. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse orders, including without limitation, orders that appear to be placed by distributors or resellers. If we believe that you have made a false or fraudulent order, we will be entitled to cancel the order and inform the relevant authorities. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the colour or design of the products on our website. We have made efforts to ensure the colour and design of our products are displayed as accurately as possible on our website.

Unless otherwise indicated or anything contained to the contrary or any proprietary material owned by a third party and so expressly mentioned, JEWELET owns all Intellectual Property Rights to and into the the Website, including, without limitation, any and all rights, title and interest in and to copyright, related rights, patents, utility models, designs, know-how, trade secrets and inventions, goodwill, source code, meta tags, databases, text, content, graphics, icons, and hyperlinks. You acknowledge and agree that you shall not use, reproduce or distribute any content from the Website belonging to JEWELET without obtaining written authorization from JEWELET.

In no event shall JEWELET be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any other damages. If you or JEWELET terminates your use of the Website, JEWELET may delete any content or other materials relating to your use of the Website and JEWELET will have no liability to you or any third party for doing so.
12 Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles, and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India.
13 Privacy Policy
The User hereby consents, expresses and agrees that he has read and fully understands the Privacy Policy of JEWELET in respect of the Website. You further consent that the terms and contents of such Privacy Policy are acceptable to you.
14 Shipping Policy
Shipping/delivery will be done on or before the order start date, depending on the jewellery booking dates. Replacement Shipping/delivery will be done in 5-7 days.
15 Return/ Replacement Policy
Return or replacement request need to be raised on or before the order start date of jewellery booking dates.
Return/ Replacement criteria:-
1.If you receive damaged product.
2. If you receive wrong product.

16 Refund Policy
Once approved, refund will be processed/credited within 2-5 business days.
Cancellation will be only accepted within 24 hours of order booking date.
Note:- If product after use is returned in good condition then 100% of security is refunded, however if product returned is damaged or is not in condition to be used again then 50% of security will be refunded.
