1- Why to rent jewelry from Jewelet ?
At Jewelet, you save big money by just paying the rental charges which is approx 10% of the total jewellery value. Jewellery is delivered and picked up at your doorstep without any additonal charge (except for order less than Rs 1000). You can have different style jewellery for every occassion and don’t need to repeat your jewellery. Lastly you can travel with ease at destination events without worrying about the safety and value of jewellery.
2- When should I place the order or book the jewellery ?
Availability of jewelry is on “First Come First Serve” basis. The sooner you book, the more options you get. We recommend early order booking i.e. at-least 4-5 weeks in advance before the event date for wider availability of choice & hassle free delivery.
3- Can I rent a jewellery for less than or more than 2 Days?
Our rentals are fixed for minimum 2 days order basis. 2-Day period is provided only for your convenience and saves you from pre and post event hassles. However, depending upon the availability you can rent for a longer period upto 6-Days with an additional proportionate cost. The additional period booking will be provided via email confirmation.
4- How much and when do I have to pay?
You are required to pay the Rent and a Refundable Deposit. Rent is payable upfront at the time of booking. For Refundable Deposit you have the option to pay upfront or at-least 1 week prior to the delivery of Jewelry.
5- What is the jewellery return process ?
You need to initiate the return process by sumitting return request on our website on the last day of jewellery booking days. Pack the jewellery properly in the packing sent by us with the return address label and make it ready for the return pickup. Jewellery will be picked up from your address on the very next day.
6- Is shipping and return transit chargeable?
Shipping and return is complimentary in Delhi NCR for all orders over Rs 1,000. Flat shipping + return charge (in Delhi/NCR) of Rs 300 is payable for orders less than Rs 1,000. For Outside Delhi NCR, flat shipping + return charge of Rs 300 is payable on all the orders.
7- How is Deposit refunded? Are there any charges for damages?
Deposit amount is refunded to your bank account with-in 2 working days of return of Jewelry. We DO NOT charge for minor damages or repairable damages like stone coming out, minor jewelry breakages, etc. However damages will be charged for complete loss of jewelry or non-repairable damage.
8- Do I receive jewelry in exact condition as displayed?
We guarantee you get the exact same jewelry as displayed online.
9- Can I mix-n-match jewelry and what are the rentals?

10- Will the Jewelry fit me properly?
Yes. Our necklace sets have adjustable back-chains so that it can fit any neck. Almost all of our bracelets, rings, and bangles are adjustable or have screws to fit any size.
11- I need jewelry urgently? Can it be delivered?
Urgent delivery service is available in major metros in select areas. For urgent need, please call 9990859385 and we will assist you in the best possible way.
12- Can I cancel the order ?
Yes, you can cancel the order any time before the shipping date which is 3 days before desired delivery date.
13- Charges on Order Cancellation
No Charges will be deducted if order is cancelled within 2 days of placing the order. However 10% of rental charges will be deducted if order is cancelled after 2 days of placing the order.
